Life on the farm
Our farm in Kuna is not just a place where we raise animals – it is part of our family story and everyday life. It all started with one donkey and about thirty Dubrovačka Ruda sheep, and today our farm is home to over 500 animals in total – donkeys, sheep and goats, cows, pigs, chickens and geese.
We are proud to be preserving the nearly extinct Dubrovačka Ruda breed, as well as our other breeds – the Dalmatian donkey, the Croatian mottled goat, the Croatian hen... Every day we produce four types of milk – donkey, sheep, goat and cow's, and in our newly built dairy we make several types of cheese. Donkey milk is sold to help children and adults with bronchial problems.
Our farm is the perfect place for anyone who wants to see what real rural life on Pelješac looks like – without embellishment, but with plenty of heart.
Our agrotourism grew from the need to preserve a way of life that cannot be learned from books. Three generations of the family work, create and build a story rooted in the land, animals and respect for nature.
Nothing here is accidental – every decision comes from experience, work and the desire for what we do to have meaning.

Milo knew from an early age, just like his son Josip today, one thing – finish school and come back to Kuna. Animals, vineyards and olive groves are his daily life, and together with his wife Jasmina he manages all the agrotourism operations. A passionate fisherman and hunter, he will recommend the best food to every guest and take them on a tour of the farm or vineyards.
Kuna Pelješka is located in the very heart of Pelješka Župa, the central part of Pelješac known for its beautiful nature, authentic way of life, numerous wineries and restaurants, as well as many beaches and excursion sites. Whether you love culture, nature or good wines – this part of Pelješac will charm you in every way.
From farm to table
Farm to table is a well-known concept around the world, but we didn't adopt it – we've been living it for years. Everything produced on our farm ends up on the table in front of our guests, and all food scraps return to the farm, making us a self-sustaining household.
